"What a memorable experience I had in this restaurant! I walked in without a reservation on a very busy sunny day (it was a bank holiday in nearby Recco and the tiny beach of San Fruttuoso was crammed) and was lucky to secure a table for two in the outside terrace, front row facing the sea. Food, wine and service were all great: we tried the muscles alla marinara, the caprese and two different fish of the day alla ligure. My partner even asked for extra pesto for her caprese, which came in a generous portion free of charge. Special mention to Augusto, our lovely waiter, who spoke good English and was very helpful explaining the menu. It's this level of customer service that made our day and we can't wait to return."

"Spectacular day at the beach. Can't ask for anything better. The staff is overly accommodating. Short wait ended with a beautiful table overlooking the beach . The food was delicious. No complaints from me . Sorry, I had to leave ... Great experience. Put it on your list of places to visit"
